Prepare a safe publisher integration
Agree on the property, supported format and reporting contract before adding a tag, API request or SDK.
Identify the environment
Provide your public website or app-store listing, integration owner, supported devices and deployment process. Describe the proposed positions and any content-security, consent-manager or performance constraints. Do not paste access tokens into a public enquiry.
Confirm access and requirements
Your account contact supplies the approved integration method, endpoint, authentication and schema. The API reference helps frame the discussion. Confirm rate limits, reporting timezone, event identifiers and error handling for your own account.
Test before release
Use the agreed test environment and a small approved placement. Check consent behavior, rendering, dimensions, network failures and duplicate events. Ensure that retries are bounded and that rejected responses are logged without exposing credentials or personal information.
Launch and monitor
Document the approved version, rollout owner and pause procedure. Reconcile reporting with the account team and review visitor experience after launch. Send implementation questions through support with the property URL and a redacted error example.
